    Pick-up and drop-off with proof

The driver walks around the van with the app: a photo in every guide frame, or one walk-around video. Any new damage gets a name and a time: whoever had the van between two walk-arounds.

    • Drivers pick up vans themselves, or managers hand them out. Your choice per station.
    • Video for vans that two or three drivers share in a day.
    • Drop-offs without proof show up in the review.

The tour starts with a dashboard photo

One photo at the start, one at the end. The AI reads the odometer, fuel or battery, range and warning lights, and the driver confirms.

Every refuel checked at the pump

Dashboard first, then the fuel card. If it's the van's card, the receipt is read and the manager gets the litres, the total and anything odd. If it isn't, the driver is told to stop, and the manager allows or refuses from their phone.

    • Also for washes and parts.
    • Flags such as more litres than the tank holds, or the wrong fuel.
    • Card photos are never kept, only the last four digits.

    Stop. Don't start the pump.

The van history nobody can rewrite

Who had the van, from when to when, and what damage was found stays on record for good. A speeding ticket for 3 October at 10:20? Enter the van, the day and the time, and the history names the driver.

    • Every handover is a record the server writes. Nobody edits or deletes it.
    • One driver per van, one van per driver.
    • Photos and videos are kept 30 days, marked damage up to 90.
    • Vans are retired, never deleted. People who leave keep their history.

      AI damage detection

The next version checks every walk-around for new dents, scratches and broken parts, so damage is found at the handover, not at the end of the lease.

      1. Guide frames for every panel of the van type
      2. The AI marks possible damage on each photo
      3. Close-ups at the van rule out dirt and reflections
      4. Your manager approves or rejects each spot
      5. Approved damage gets a numbered dot on the van

      Questions

      Good to know

      Does Fratius replace the DVIC?

No. The DVIC stays in Amazon's tools. Fratius covers your own vans between drivers: handovers with proof, damage, fuel, deadlines and paperwork.

      What counts as a station?

A place your vans run from. Each station has its own managers, drivers and vans. Owners see all stations; managers and drivers see their own.

      Do drivers need an iPhone?

No. Fratius runs on iPhone, Android and as a web app in any phone's browser.

Can anything in the history be changed?

No. Handovers are written by the server and never edited or deleted. Vans are retired instead of deleted, and people who leave keep their history.

What do you keep about drivers?

Licence classes and expiry, licence checks, briefings and incidents. Never licence numbers or copies, birth dates, home addresses or health data.

How long do you keep photos and videos?

30 days. Photos and videos that a manager or owner marks as damage are kept up to 90 days. The records of who had which van, and when, are kept for good.

What about damage found at the end of a lease?

Every damage found is on the van's record with the date and who had the van. Its photos are kept 90 days, so settle it with the driver or the insurer in that time.

      How do people join?

By invite link: one person, one use, valid for 24 hours. Owners invite managers and drivers; managers invite drivers to their own station.
