Delete your Fratius account

Konto löschen. For the Fratius app by Fratius (Casian Dan Colto), on iPhone, Android and the web.

In the app

• Open Fratius and sign in (or open the web app at fleet-check-2aa34.web.app, which needs no installation).
• Go to the Account tab and tap Delete account at the bottom.
• The app shows what happens in each company you belong to. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't sign in any more, write from the email address of your account to info@fratius.com with the subject "Delete my Fratius account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we delete it within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your login (email address and password).
• Your profile: your name and language, and in each company your name, mobile number and Transporter ID.
• Your phones' notification addresses.
• If you're the only member of a company, the whole company with everything in it; a demo company you opened is deleted too.

What is kept, and for how long

• The companies you worked for keep their records with your name: which vans you had and when, walk-arounds, damage checks, tours, refuels, and your driver record. They are the history of the company's vans, kept for the company, which decides how long (see the app privacy policy, section 6). To have them deleted, ask that company.
• Photos and videos in those records are deleted 30 days after they were taken, or 90 days when they show damage.
• If you're the only fleet owner of a company with other people in it, first make another person fleet owner (People, the person, Role). Then you can delete your account.
